ADD+ON Advantage/V Purchase Order Processing module provides control of the
entire purchasing function, from product review and purchase order printing,
to receiving and payment.  The system also tracks purchases and buy-outs for
work orders.  SpeedSearch informs orders/invoice entry operators of on-order
quantities and due dates.  In the manufacturing environment, the system also
integrates with MRP to help plan purchasing requirements.  In the distribution
environment a Gordon Graham type replenishment process will assist the buyer
in determining what to buy and when.  Features include interface to Accounts
Payable invoicing functions; purchase requisition entry; ability to enter
user-defined types of lines on purchase orders, including stock items,
non-stock items, memo lines, miscellaneous charges, and other information;
each line on the purchase order carries its own required date; POs can be
printed individually or in batches; POs can be partially received or received
in their entirety; complete purchase order transaction history.
